A 78 year old lady is the new fitness sensation of the internet. His video doing the ground lifting, or deadlift as it is known, with 102 kg in the gym is viralizing and impressing many people.

Shirley Webb used to cut grass to keep in shape. It seems that you have now found a new form that is taking letters. The grandma comes to the gym only twice a week.

Although it's already a record in her state, Shirley does not care. What matters to her is feeling good working out, with energy and vitality. She says that she feels wonderfully well after each workout and did not imagine being able to lift that much weight. Congratulations to her!
